Een volmoutig bier van hoge gisting met een aangenaam verwarmende afdronk. Dit karaktervolle bier past in de rijke traditie van de Belgische tripels.

A touch of hazy golden. Light yeast, fruit, spices, banana-adjacent notes. Medium bodied. Finish has a bit of a spicy bite. Solid brew.

Bottle, 8.2%. Rough and grainy aroma. Seems pretty standard for the style. Hazy golden colour. Big stable frothy white head. The flavour is quite malty, a lot maltier than most tripels. Has a good spicy note and some citrus. Unclean citrus, slightly funky, but it works well.

A very nicely made tripel. Basically spot on for the style. Phenols are greats. Elfde gerbid Amsterdam

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought online @ hetbiermoment.nl. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is typically tripel: fruity and yeasty with lots of pale malts. Taste is a bit sweeter than usual. finish is light bitter. Tasty tripel.

Bottle. Color: Clear golden, thin white head. Taste: Above medium sweet, malty, herbs. Notes of cloves, white sugar, hints of banana and citrus. Above medium body, below average carbonation. Ok tripel, slightly too sweet for me.

(Bottle, De Spuyt, Amsterdam, 22 Aug 2014) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with honey, peaches, tropical fruit and grass. Malty, fruity taste with notes of honey, tropical fruit, peaches and a gentle grassy bitterness in the finish. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Fresh and tasty tripel, without getting too daring. Quite nice.
