Bottle. A small, dense, white head forms over a more or less clear, pale golden body. The aroma has quite a lot of banana and bubblegum, with wheat and some lemon. It’s effervescent and dry on the palate, medium to full body. Banana, bubblegum, wheat and lemon in the flavor, with a touch of bitterness. Lasting finish. More like a souped up hefeweizen than a tripel this one. Sort of drinkable but not very moreish. 141024

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, yeasty and yeasty. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet finish. 241014

Clear to hazy golden colour, thin white frothy head, disappears quickly. Aroma bread, dough, caramel, banana, citrus, coriander, herbal hops. Fresh medium sweet taste, slightly bitter, toasted mouthfeel. Lively carbonation, medium body, creamy texture, sweetbitter finish. Not a typical tripel but nevertheless a nice beer.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes dunkelgoldenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, malzig süß, fruchtig, leicht alkoholisch. Geschmack hefig, malzig süß, fruchtig, Gewürze.

Bottle @ HT. Unclear dark golden colour, white head. Nose is caramel and spicy. Flavour is caramel malts, spicy, some fruityness and yeast. Medium bodied, medium carbonation. Fairly bitter.

Bottle from ABC Beers, Den Haag... aka my "dealer" :-) Poured a hazy medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is weak malt/yeast/alcohol. The flavour is medium to strong bitter with a nice yeasty, liqourice bitter palate and a fruity light bitter finish. A better than average tripel IMO. Quite inoffensive and very drinkable.

Bottle from Deanso. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of yeast, herbs and a little banana. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

On tap @ my local (actually in Zeeburg). Golden blonde color. Firm white with some retention. Aroma’s: fruity, sweet, bready malts, little bit alcoholic. Flavor is moderately sweet, malty. Medium bodied. Good example of the style.
