No More Sleep is a dark farmhouse inspired ale barrel fermented with mixed cultures in 80% spent bourbon barrels that previously held Sleeping Forever and 20% new oak. No More Sleep spent just over 6 months in these barrels fermenting and conditioning, then we blended all of the barrels together and bottle conditioned them for another 2 months. Powdery dark cocoa, oak tannins, bright tart cherry acidity, leathery, effervescent, and refreshingly dry.

Bottle split at Kennys CPH fart dungeon, big thanks to Daniel, 10/05/18. Black pour with a decent tan head. Nose is funky berry fruits, barnyard notes, damp straw. Taste comprises tangy research berries, dark malts, damp hay, farmyard esters, light spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Nice tangy dark saison.

Bottle thanks to Daniel, shared at Ken’s hotel room, Copenhagen - black pour with beige head. Dark and sour malty with some notes of dark fruit, light vinegar, some dark cherry notes, medium body, some bourbon soaked wooden accents into the finish.
