Oh that’s good. Lovely jammy apples, modest acidity, saucy, nips of cinnamon, moderate boozy kick, great ripeness. Oily, thick. Warming finish, sweet, lightly sticky, long gooey and delicious ripe apple vibes. Outstanding.

Bottle from Press then Press Cider Shop, shared at Thanksgiving. Crystal clear deep golden color, still. Intense apple flesh aroma. Taste is earthy overripe apples, not overly sweet. A hit with guests.

375mL bottle, pours a clear bright golden with a few bubbles worth of a white head. Nose brings out caramel, treacle toffee, and brown sugar. Flavour is loaded with apple core, with brown sugar, toffee, and some caramel. So much apple core and green apple skins. Not the best ice cider at all, but it's a fun ice cider.

Copper color. Deep aroma, stewed apples, sour, light vanilla, evident acidity. Sweet, luscious, with plenty of candied pineapple, sour apple, strong acidity, caramel.

Thanks Tom1. golden yellow, still with some nice alcohol legs. Aroma has loads of honey sweetness, apple, blueberry, strawberry and some honey. There’s a very light carbonation but nothing significant. The sweetness is really intense. A small amount of this is enough. It has the mouthfeel is a natural standard hard cider. yet the sweetness and density is certainly iced. Leaves a coat of sugar on my tongue and teeth.

Embouteillé le 30-06-2005; j’avoue avoir été très (trop) patient avec cette bouteille ;-) Tout ce que je peux dire, c’est qu’il était tout aussi bon que dans mes souvenirs d’il y a quelques années. On ne goûte pas trop l’alcool et l’équilibre est parfait pour mon palais entre le surette et le sucré.
