C&C 750 mL bottle thanks to daknole! 7/24/21. Labeled Gold Bar / Perfection. Bottled 8/1/2018. Hazy orange, thin fizzy white head, decent retention. Aroma of funk, oak, fresh apricot. Taste is dry apricot, funk, pepper, lemon, pale malt. Dry, feels fresh despite the years of bottle aging. A little less complex than I like in an aged sour, but, it's still pretty good.

Bottle (8/9/18). Pours a hazy gold with small white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is strong funk, oak, cheese, apricot flesh. Slick body, lemon, apricot, funk, oak, acidic, puckering sour, very nice.
