Fontange shines with Prosecco-like white grape and honeydew melon aromas from its Hallertau Blanc- and Hull Melon-heavy hop schedule. Reminiscent of Champagne, the flavor is marked by stonefruit and melon, with a gentle minerality on the dry finish..

Can from Candia Rd. Hazy deep golden color with a good sized head that slowly dissipates. Fruity earthy with some bready malt underneath. Doesn't seem as thin or bubbly as beers of the style usually are. That's just fine because I actually liked this one.

Can. Slight hazy to the golden liquid. Aroma is cantaloupe, yeast, straw. Flavor is balanced; fruit with a rind bitterness. The texture is Champagne like, dry and effervescent. Possible this is the best Brut IPA I have sampled but since it is not listed as a real style on RB, hard to know.
