Pours black, no head. Scent is intense, typical JWB chocolatyness. cocoa essence. Taste is super smooth, intense barrel, bourbon greatness. Vanilla, all super well blended. Another super good Wakefield. Great barrel expression, perhaps a bit boozy at the finish.

On tap at Wakefest. Pours black with medium tan head that lasts. The aroma is macadamia nuts, roasted malt, vanilla, bourbon, oak. Thick body, chewy roast, vanilla, macadamia nuts, marshmallow fluff, oak, boozy finish, enjoyed this.

500ml bottle. Super sweet. Smooth and slightly roasty with loads of coconut, vanilla, bourbon, cocoa, white chocolate, marshmallows, hints of coffee and syrup. Quite massive and intense. Tasty stuff.

Powerful tasting at Salesforce; 14% ABV
Dark brown colour, thick, almost no head. Aroma of spirit, bourbon, chocolate pralines. Thick and oily mouthfeel; the flavour of dark chocolate is rich, very sweet, with maple and bourbon notes, and nutty finish, some marshmellow.

500ml at Sales Force (thx, Wes H.!). Appearance: very dark brown. Aroma: nice bourbon, chocolate, some marshmallow, coconut. Taste: along the same lines, very complex with awesome body thickness. Overall: very nice.

500mL bottle, pours black with almost no head. Aroma is incredibly complex, with lots of those delicious Pappy barrels upfront, with coconut, vanilla, and coffee. Flavour is along the same lines, with intense Pappy barrels, vanilla, coffee, honey sweetness, and a touch of coconut. Complex as hell, with honey and bourbon barrels dominating the finish. The ABV is surprisingly well-hidden. Beautiful.
