Can from explosivedog: pours black with beige head. Aroma is loads of coffee, some chocolate, roasty. Taste is very coffee forward. Light bitterness. Sort of sweet. Pretty good.

Keg at the brewery. Black, large creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of strong coffee, roast, lactose. Taste is roast, chocolate, lactose, a bit of raisin. Medium bodied, smooth. Nice.

Growler. Pours opaque black, small brown head, dissipates pretty quickly, good lacing. Aroma is loaded with coffee, mocha, licorice, molasses, hint of ashtray. Flavor is medium sweet, light plus bitter, rich and creamy espresso mocha. Full body, creamy mouthfeel. This is excellent. Kudos.
