On tap at Rockwood Taphouse in Downers Grove, IL. Amber gold color. Small foamy beige head. Subtle floral hop nose. Notes of lemon zest. Flavor is light biscuit and wheat with a hint of yeastiness. Well attenuated with crisp dry malt flavor in middle. Qsubtle, yet complex. Lots of citrus and perky hop flavor. Delicious.

Bottle courtesy of Drake. Many thanks! Pours clear golden with a soft white head. Aroma is citrusy -orange and lemon (This is a wheat beer?), minor grain. Flavor is tangy citrus including orange juice, light grain, wheat, light honey, gum, hint of banana in the aftertaste. Wow, lots of flavor and none of it's boring.

On tap at a taco joint while visiting the midwest. Dinner with my Uncle for this one. The wheat added nice roundness. I love amarillo when I brew, so i loved this beer!

12 ounce bottle into pint glass, bottled on 6/19/2017. Pours slightly hazy medium golden yellow color with a 2 finger dense and rocky white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Dense soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a light amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, lemon zest, orange peel, light pine, wheat, biscuit, light honey, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/floral hops and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, lemon zest, orange peel, light pine, wheat, biscuit, light honey, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light pine/grassy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, lemon zest, orange peel, light pine, wheat, biscuit, light honey, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/floral hops and bready malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and zero cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Slightly increasing dryness from bitterness as well. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy, and lightly sticky balanced mouthfeel that is awesome. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.6%. Overall this is an incredible American pale wheat ale! All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/floral hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and refreshing to drink with the lightly bitter/drying finish. Awesome hop juiciness and vibrancy, with great malt balance. A highly enjoyable offering, and amazing style example.

Bottle into a wineglass showing well filtered dark golden yellow with quickly dissipating clean white foam. The nose shows a bed of lager-like malts with notes of lemon drops, lemon zest, banana and light pine. The palate is light bodied and well carbonated. Flavors of fresh and dry lemon supported by a bed of lager-like malts. Very mild bitterness on the finish.

I wish water tasted like this so I could drink it all day long. Really wonderful, full and perfectly balanced like a ballerina on her toe.

Thanks to my GF for bringing these back from her Indianapolis trip. Pours an unfiltered golden colour with a smaller white cap and some creamy-foamy lacing. Pilsner-like nose at first, with some fresh mild hops coming out, giving citrus notes. Wheat based taste with the hops slightly taking over with grassiness. A refreshing wheat beer for those who like it hoppier.
