Can. Pours clear golden with a large spongy beige head, floral citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter citrus peel, floral hops, faint piney flavor, thin body, long bitter finish. Flavorful DIPA.

All right. A brewery that appreciates Robert E Howard and Conan. Half Time provided this tall boy can that I am now opening and pouring into an ABGB snifter. I view a semi-hazy light orange body, strong carbonation and a healthy cover of just off-white foam. I lift the glass and take a sniff. Plenty of hops, yellow fruit and orange rind. A drink now, well, this interesting. Pine right away, a bit of caramel, bread, apricots, malt, some dankness and likewise some bitterness. Lots of lacing. A nice DIPA, glad to have turned it up.

Can from Bottle Bar East: pours copper with white head. Aroma is caramel malts and loads of pine. Taste is fairly bitter, quite malty. Big olde school double IPA.

Pours lightly hazy orange. It smells of tropical and resinous hops. The intense flavor is loaded with those fruity, piney hops and there’s a big dose of somewhat caramelly malt to go with it. It has a long, hop heavy finish.

16 ounce can. Slightly hazed orange gold pour. Large frothy beige head. Subtle stone fruit aroma. Hints of caramel and pine. Sharp citrus and pine on the palate, along with plenty of warming alcohol. At 100 IBU’s, you know this is gonna be a hop bomb and it lives up to the billing. Sticky mouthfeel, bitter resiny finish. Wow!
