Black coloured. Chocolate, light cherry flavor, light fruity. Perhaps the base version is better.

Greige head, reduced, over near-black beer. Moss, coffee, chocolate, olives, mineral. Dry, black chocolate, ureum, dark green leaves. Not quite like ganache as expected, had to wait for the finish to have peppery cherry popping up. Full bodied, rather low carbonation. This is a stout like a stout ought to be. But where were the cherries? Thanks to M&L!
