Tasting at Ryan's, bottle, tag 3/22
Hazy blond colour, the head disappears quickly. Mild aroma of malt, and apricots. Highly carbonated; it moderately acidic, and luckily it's also funky, with nice apricot background, fruity.
Well constructed, bold, very good.

750ml shared with Alex and Farees @ Ryan's (thx, for bottle!) after crazy several weeks helping wife with her business. Bottled on 03/2022. Appearance: hazy straw with a white head. Aroma: nice rustic notes and bugs, fruity, lots of oak, quite unique. Taste: along the same lines, a bit bubbly, lots of bugs. Overall: good one.

Poured from 750mL bottle (thanks Derek & JF; bottled 3/2022 blend 5). Hazy gold with white head. Oak, light rustic funk, clean, mild citrus notes, feint hopping. Nice complexity.

750 ml bottle from the brewery, 8/18/21 (bottle Dated 12/20). Pours a cloudy golden-orange color with a foamy froth of off-white head. Lot going on here, with wood, funk, brett, lemon, peach, spice, and some wine grape. Drinks nicely balanced between all the components, with funk / earth, grains, fruit, and a slight tartness as well. Just a really robust, flavorful beer.

Bottle at home in Hackney - sourced from the brewery. Vintage December 2016. Pours mostly clear orange-gold with a frothy, white head. Lovely mixed fermentation character, moderate farmhouse funk, some semi-ripe citrus fruits, low acidity, a nip of clean minerality, subtle bitterness, some tangerine, hints of pale wood dryness. Light bodied with delicate, massaging carbonation. Balanced finish, a little bready sweetness perhaps, more soft barnyard funk, tangy citrus fruits. Outstanding.
