When was the last time you purchased a quart of neapolitan ice cream? Probably not recently but it is definitely part of your childhood memories. For those of you who didn't just spoon out the section of the tub that you liked, do you remember what the white, red, and brown colors tasted all together? That flavor combo was our inspiration for this beer. Brewed with our friends from Weldwerks Brewing, This Imperial Stout was treated with strawberry puree during the end of fermentation then recirculated through locally roasted Dominican and Nicaraguan cacao nibs as well as a few pounds of Madagascar vanilla beans. Enjoy this dessert stout fresh with friends or devour the whole bottle by yourself. It's okay, no one judging.

Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7.5 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Bottle. Pours black, small tanned head. Smell is sharp, roasty. Mild strawberry. Taste is intense, strawberry, chocolate. Roasty. Rather boozy, bit sharp, nearly tart trough it's sharpness. Vanilla is rather hidden. Decent body and carbo. Certainly a nice beer, but very underwhelming for a Moksa.
