A stronger version of our Lost and Found Abbey Ale brewed to a more contemplative alcohol content.
Massive in every stretch of the brewing way possible this is the sort of beer that will remind a beer drinker who considers themselves a saint that even saints stray as sinners from time to time.

750 ml corked and caged botle poured into tumbler. My bottle says 10% ABV. Pours a murky orangeish-brown with a giant rocky beige head that lasts forever; leaves some crazy lacework. Aroma is Brett-funk forward, alcohol, cheese. Taste is sweet and sour with a bit of bitterness coming up in the finish. Taste is dusty old books, cheese, raisins, amazing. Carbonation is medium-high, body is full, mouthfeel is creamy. Delicious and awesome.

750mL bottle, pours dark brown with a big beige head. Aroma of honey, raisins, rosemary and yeast. Flavour is a bit cloyingly sweet, with notes of honey, raisins, strong rosemary (though incorporated well), and burnt caramel. Quite nice, though a touch too sweet.

My favorite is number 6. 750 ml bottle shared with Darren. Good beer in good company. Dark murky brown, small tan head. Aroma of dark fruits, raisins, plums. Taste is similar, complex and rich. Very nice stuff.

Bottle at the Funky 6. Pours a cloudy, light brown with a tan head. Strong aroma with caramel malts and dark fruit. Quite sweet, with more caramel in the flavor and light bitterness. Medium bodied with soft carbonation and an oily texture. Finishes sweet with some alcohol warmth, malts and light acidity. Very good.

Sampled from a 750 ml corked brown bottle this beer poured a very dark brown color with a medium sized foamy brown head that ligered and produced solid lacing. The aroma was fainyly yeasty and sweet with notes of rum and raisin coming through. The flavor was tart with notes of ripe cherries, molasses, cocoa, raisin and vanila. The finish was long and malty with notes of molasses and licorice lingering. Full bodied. Well done.
