Mosaic Triangles makes its return for the end of summer. Hopped exclusively and heavily with one of our favorite varietals - Mosaic. This beer, and all of the Triangles beers, are full on expressions of hop character usually derived from one particular cultivar and our expressive house ale strain.

Utilizing Mosaic in the whirpool, and extensive dry hopping, we note dank grass, orange creamsicle, grapefruit pith, black currant, and fresh out of the bag hop resin.

On tap at the Roost, pours a murky orange, sudsy white head. Nose is green and grassy, some citrus and clear tropicals too. Flavor is even more tropical, melon, pineapple, malt, honey, some soap. Finishes medium bodied, decently pillowy. 8 4 8 4 14

16oz can from Rich. Hazy orange golden pour, thin creamy head, lacing. Bready, citrus aroma. Taste is smooth, zesty, light citrus, mild sweetness, dry. Excellent mouthfeel. Wonderful stuff!

Tangerine and pine with some booze. Pours golden with good head and lacing. Caramelized malt and booze in finish. Tap at Whole Foods.

Can thanks to Andrew. Pours a cloudy orange with medium frothy white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is strong pineapple, melon, must, floral. Slick body, tropical fruit, light pine, very juicy, light bitterness, really enjoyed this.

32 oz crowler filled on draft at Dominion Wine & Beer on 6/10/2018, consumed 6/11/2018. Poured into a willi becher. Hazy yellow with off-white head. Aromas of tropical fruit, citrus, floral. Tastes of tropical fruit, citrus, floral, some garlic. Medium body with a dry finish.

Draft pour at Spacebar. Poured a very hazy orange color with a medium sized slightly off-white head. Smooth, juicy fruity notes. Really bursting with flavor - not sure it's as good as the Citra Triangles, but it's pretty close.
