(Draught at Ölbaren, Copenhagen, 24 Jan 2013) Hazy amber colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, hoppy nose with caramel, orange peel and marmalade. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of orange peel, marmalade, a touch of caramel and a generous citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with balanced sweetness. Nice one.

On tap at CBC 2012. Looks good in the glass, zippy, nice head. Aroma mild hoppy, a bit lemon. Starts mild, quite dry, modest bitter. Hints of grapefruity, a bit sourish. Finish drier and a bit boring. Okay.

On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration. A deep honey orange colored one with a lacing off-white head. Smells a bit like Danish toilet water added citrus. No, that's not a good thing. I has a sparkling water texture in the mouth. Light bitter flavors, that's really mouthdrying and almost astringent. I get some red grape bitter zesty tones in the finish. I just don't get this one, and this is not a winner in my mouth. 12.05.2012

Draught @ [ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2012 ] @ Spartas Lokaler, Faelledparken in Osterbro, Copenhagen, Denmark.Hazy - murky matt medium yellow - amber orange colour with a average, frothy to fizzy, good fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, toasted, moderate yeasty, grain - yeast, herbal. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, thin - watery. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120511]
