A perennial house favorite. Soft, clean, and bready bohemian malts layered with flowery Saaz hops. An homage to the birthplace of Pilsner.

On Lukr at Cask and Cork, Waterbury, VT.
Poured into a mug.
Appearance is as shown in the picture.
Aroma: herbal to earthy to spicy hop tones - big and bold and full; light honey and mineral water tones with bittering hop notes and a smooth bready to sourdough-ish like quality
Flavor: follows suite of the aromas in a spicy to sweet to bitter sort of way; finishes long with spicy and bitter to earthy & malty hints
Texture: full bodied; slightly sessionable; wonderful smoothness with nothing distracting anywhere; carb level is low but I guess that's because of the Lukr? Forgive me as this is my first ever beer on Lukr. Or maybe it's a Fox Farm thing, hmmmm, well, I don't know enough
Overall: I really liked it and was glad Cask and Cork had some extra reading material on the side to teach me more about the Lukr system. I hope to try more Lukr system beers and hopefully more Fox Farm when I can find them.

Draft at Snallygaster 2024. Poured a clear yellow-orange color with a small white head. Kind of old school tasting, not sure how to really describe it. Light grain, some light grass.

Brewery Lukr faucet is 9/16/22. Deep golden-,maize, clear, large, creamy, white head, moderately-strong retention. Big, big mineral and herbal hop character. Baked sourdough and well water with honey and herbs lingering. Soft and malty, rich yet attenuated nicely. Sourdough, fresh herbs, strong mineral and lingering bitterness. Quite hoppy, yet there's zero soapy or overly acidic notes. Just intense herbs and balanced bitterness. Good wateriness on the end. Super clean.

Pours clear gold into a shaker. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes leaving trailing sheets. Jay and cracker aromas. Crisp with hay and mild sourdough upfront turning to earthy toast and mild pine in the medium length finish.
