375 ml Corked and Caged Bottle from the Referend via delivery, 2/13/21. Bottled 8/27/18. Clear gold, fizzy head that disappears quickly. Tart apricot, funk, earth, and done herbal notes. Kind of a lactic / apricot combo, works nicely. Quite sour. Works well.

Bottle shared in Hackney - big thanks to the Nellser. Pours lightly hazy orange-gold with a foamy, white head that fades away. Gorgeous aroma, proper apricot lambic, moderate funk, pale wood. Light sweet flavour with assertive acidity, lots of tart apricots, some citric bite, a touch of salt and grassy bitterness. Light to medium bodied with spritzy carbonation. Cleansing, quenching finish, more sturdy acidic twang, dried and tart apricots, lemony notes, background pale wood dryness. Exceptional.
