No head, copper-cognac coloured beer with a faint haze. Bit of waffle syrup with more classical Cantillon horseblanket, lemon, rhubarb, and lots of raspberries. Sourish raspberries with again a bit of waffle syrup, vanilla included. Acidthinning, pretty slick, low carbonation. IMHO, nice if a bit unsettling from Cantillon.

Bottle. Pours a rosegold with medium off white head that lasts. The aroma is strong funk, rhubarb, oak. Slick body, funky, rhubarb, earth, oak, light tartness, enjoyed this.

Nonic pint showing moderately filtered strawberry red with a finger of clean white foam. The nose shows moderately intense notes of brett and red berries (strawberries, cherries, raspberries) The palate is well carbonated and medium bodied. Moderately tart with light notes of strawberry and raspberry. Mild vinous bitterness.
