Corked and capped 750 mL bottle from Beer Run, 12/25/21. And quite nice to crack open on Christmas in my new Fantome glass which I’ll probably never use again. Pours mostly head. Tan, frothy. Amber. Aroma of stone fruit, melon, pepper, marzipan. Taste is stone fruit, white grape, plum, raisin. Full bodied. Soft carb. Interesting.

750 ml Bottle shared by Heather_B. Flavor is spent grain, earthy grain, old citrus, black pepper in the finish. Slightly crisp texture, long earthy grain finish. Interesting and tasty.

75CL. Green bottle. Pourers a dark orange 2 finger off white head. Smells like cereal and grain and wheat and spelt. Flavor is exquisite. Tastes just like a German beer I was in Berlin for a week and this is basically a German beer. Delicious.chewy malt, cereal, sourdough bread. Pepper.

750 ml bottle from Tavour. Dark golden pour, orange hies, huge fluffy head. Bready, yeasty aroma, light floral. Taste mimics the aroma, yeasty, herbal, earthy, mild savory notes. Thick and rich. Lingering dryness with peppery flavors.
