Bottle thanks to Rainer. Pours a hazy yellow with small white head that lasts. The aroma is strong honey, citrus, oak, floral. Slick body, honey, lemon, oak, nice tartness, very good.

375mL lightly waxed and capped bottle. Light foam slowly moving up the neck. Lightly fuzzy head. Aroma is lightly lemon with with a very much check warming wintertime toddy. I really don't know what's in a hot toddy. Mouthfeel is light and slightly bobbly. Flavor ends with lemon like you get from those herbal teas. But it's nice to get a nice sour that isn't kettle soured. A light malt biscuit underneath that. I think they nailed it without being overly gimmicky.

12.7 oz beeswax-dipped bottle from Tavour. Aroma is lemony, mold, brett, earth, dusty basements, floral. Pours clear golden with a thick white head with decent retention. Taste is moderately to highly sour (8/10) with lemony lacto bretty flavors. Hints of whiskey barrel influence, honey and mint are there if you look for them, but I wouldn't guess they were in there if it weren't for the description mentioning them. Highly carbonated foamy mouthfeel. Interesting.

Tart lemony and tons of honey notes. Slight hint of whiskey sweetness on the nose along a hint of funk. Delish and crisp.
