Hoppy, bitter and spiced with coriander seeds, this pale ale is, to say the least, very distinctive.

Bottle. Orange, peach, sugar, toffee malt, and grass aroma. Slightly hazy amber with moderate head. Mild sweet tart citrus/peach, toffee malt, mild sour citric acid, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Nice body. Very fruity. Interesting.

Location: .5 liter bottle from Gilly's, 7/23/09

Aroma: Yeasty, coriander, citrus, and some other difficult to place spices
Appearance: Hazy brownish orange color, big & frothy beige head, decent lacing
Flavor: An odd bitterness, weird gingery tang, a bit off, not exactly great
Palate: A bit watery, not great
Overall Impression: Honestly, I was expecting it to be better from the nose, a bit of a lemon cleaner smell to it, but other then that a decent nose. The taste? Not so much... It's drinkable I guess, but I won't be going out of my way to have it again.

Bottle from Sun Devil in Mesa, AZ. Golden amber color with a monstrous beige/tan head. Strange fruity/spicey aromas. Medium body with mild carbonation. Flavor is dominated by a flavor or spice. Bottle says coriander. Must have used a lot. Good though. Finish is lightly peppery. Bitter by across the pond standards. I’ll drink it when I can get it.

(Bottle 50 cl) Beautiful amber coloured beer with a marked reddish tint. Small and dissipating head. A dry and markedly bitter ale with the coriander spicing shining through giving some resemblance to Belgian Wit. Rather fresh and interesting beer. 011002

Blond color. Quite nice aroma, a bitfruity (apricots and oranges). Peculiar malty taste, with some herbs and orange peel.

A dark amber unclear (from the yeast) beer with a fine but fast disappearing head. The aroma is very yeasty with notes of koriander, oranges, and earthy alcoholic notes. But the flavor is weird - I wonder if that is because I poured some of the yeast? though I doubt it after reading some of the other rewievs - but on my tastebuds it is not good. The flavor is earthy, metallic, yeasty, grassy on top of a weird malty background with some lemon notes and a sharpness as if it has been wildfermented. Not at all what I expected - not good.

Light copper; orangey, lemon aroma. The aroma could easily be mistaken for lemon dish detergent, but there really isn't any soapiness, it's just that strong in the lemon. Crisp, floral, spicy, ale; dry, harshly coriander finish.
