12 oz bottle and also had on draft. Nice aroma of fresh cut apples. The taste is like apple crisp dessert. Many hard core craft beer drinkers may say this is a “girl “ beer or “It’s good for someone who doesn’t drink a lot of beer.” Well, that maybe true, but it’s still really is tasty… for a girl beer. Could be a good brew to start somebody on a better beer path. And it’s a session beer at 4.4 ABV.

12 ounce bottle courtesy of maniac at the 14th Richmond Ratebeer Gathering, 3/19/11. Pours a clear copper color with a medium frothy white head. Decent head retention and lacing. Aroma of overwhelming spicy notes. Cinnamon, nutmeg and others. Some faint malty notes. The taste is caramel malts and spices. Thin-medium bodied. Pretty strong on the spices.

Bottle thanks to jcwattsrugger at Jimmack’s invitational. Pours clear amber with white head. Nose and taste of apple, pumpkin, spice, and cinnamon. Great concept, just a bit unbalanced.

Pours mahogany into a snifter. Head quickly disappears. Apple cider and cinnamon aromas. Sour grapes and bubblegum upfront. Turning to a baked sour apple and bitter finish.
