Pours reddish amber with a thin crème colored head. Aroma of candied apple, cinnamon. Taste has refreshing cider notes, more candied apple, watery malt. Palate has more cinnamon, nutmeg on the nose, excellent pumpkin notes. Good.

Draft at Woodstock Inn Brewery in North Woodstock, NH. Clear amber color with a small white head. Definite apples and cinnamon flavor, but not overpowering. Good flavor - for a 1-time dessert beer.

Bottle from Harvest Market, Bedford NH. Aroma is cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, apples. Appearance is hazy amber brown with obnoxiously large 5-finger width beige head with minimal lacing and trace sparkle. Taste is weaker version of aroma. Palate is medium bodied with thin texture if you can get past the exploding carbonation in your mouth. It’s seemingly impossible to take a sip without it bursting into foam--what, is this Pop Rocks?! Overall, the dominant thing here is the palate. If you enjoy a large head or the feeling that you are drinking/eating foam, then this beer is for you.

Thanx Eric for the bottle.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a dark amber to glossy orange color with a one finger white to off white foamy head. Once the head dissipated, there was a light speckled lacing clinging initially but ending up sliding into the beer.
The smell had a sweet pumpkin with cinnamon, ginger, mild apple to a clean damp biscuity/breadiness roaming in and out.
The taste took all of those flavors and combined to taste.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a decent sessionability about it. The carbonation was there and good for the \"pumpkin ale\" style.
Overall, I liked this pumpkin ale, if I could get it on a regular basis I would.

An ale with apple and cinnamon, sounds great@! Pours a deep golden red color with a huge bubbly off white head that dissipates quickly and leaves spotty lace on the way down. The aroma reminds me of apple pie and really little else. The cinnamon is huge in the aroma of this "beer". The flavor holds lots of cinnamon as advertised with a bit of fleeting sweet honey malt, apple and a brown sugar taste. This finish on this brew is extremely dry. Medium to light body with a moderate to light level of carbonation and a spicy watery mouthfeel. This one sure is different, but not something I think I would ever purchase again. Its also the least buttery tasting of the Woodstock brews I’ve had.

Deep clear amber with an off-white head. Aroma is cinnamon, apple, biscuity malts, sweet malt. Flavor is much like an apple crisp. Apple, cinnamon, dough, and a bit of sweet caramel. Has a little heat from the cinnamon but it’s nice and complimentary.n Not really my thing but very well done.

From tap at Sunset Grill. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is spiced with cardemomme and cinnamon. Light caramelish. Smooth malty, toasted and sharply cinnamon spiced. Light bitter. Dense cinnamon finish - wat too much.

12 oz bottle and also had on draft. Nice aroma of fresh cut apples. The taste is like apple crisp dessert. Many hard core craft beer drinkers may say this is a “girl “ beer or “It’s good for someone who doesn’t drink a lot of beer.” Well, that maybe true, but it’s still really is tasty… for a girl beer. Could be a good brew to start somebody on a better beer path. And it’s a session beer at 4.4 ABV.
