Bottled. Golden colour, small head. Aroma is green apple skins, some apple juice as well as some wooden and slight herbal tones. Flavour is apples, quite sugary and some mild toffee notes.

Bottle from secret summer santa, @saeglopur. Thanks. Pours bright golden, smell white head. Aroma of green apples, chalk, sulfite. 33 cl clear bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is apples, fruity and light citrusy. Cris apples. Zesty, sour and citric. Juicy. Dry and slight citric fruty finish.

Fast klare goldgelbe Farbe, fingerbreiter weißer Schaum. Geruch nach frisch vergorenen süßen Äpfeln. Geschmack fast nach purem Apfelsaft, feine Säure, leicht prickelnt, ok!

Tap at Wiener Bier Fest. Almost clear yellow colour. Aroma red apples, ripe, sweetish, juicy. Taste is refreshingly sour, also light sweetness to counter the mouth-puckering effect. Overall good balance and a nice sourish cider.

Draft at Hopfenreich, Berlin. Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma of red apples, plastercine and sweet apple rind. Flavour is moderate sweet. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.
