Exit 6 starts out as a deceptively simple recipe–pale malt augmented by 20 percent rye, fermented with a classic Belgian yeast. But then it gets interesting with the hops: English East Kent Goldings, Slovenian Styrian Goldings and Japanese Sorachi Ace. The result is a rich saffron color with a spicy character from the rye and lemony citrus notes from the unique Sorachi Ace hops.

750 from Oak Tree. Pours a hazy orange tinged gold with a low foamy white head. Fresh peach/citrus aromas. Full bodied. Carbonation is very smooth and creamy. Flavor has lots of nice fruit, citrus, and floral hop. It seems very lightly spicey/peppery. It is extremely pleasant. Finishes like mild ripe stone fruit. Very nice. Saison like.

Lemony, citrus, rye, and earth round this ale out. Has a nice spicy yeast finish to it. Bubbly palate. Pretty tasty beer.
