For centuries, shepherds have been hoisting a pint during the chilly Christmas season to warm their bones and wish for "Peace on Earth, good will toward men!" Not just for a select few, but all everyone. All Souls. This beer is our salute to that sentiment. Its syle is Saison - a golden fruity "seasonal" for the working man. Its strength is imperial - an 11% wonder, fit for a King! And all profits go to Imagine Missoula. A grassroots nonprofit meeting real needs here in Missoula. Draught. Should saison be imperial? Lekker full spicy aroma. Full bodied, without an alcohol burn. Fruity and spicy flavour, with a cloudy orange colour. Drink this.

Bottle thanks to Kyle. Pours orange. Off white head. Nose/taste of orange rind, spicy hops, lemon grass, yeast, honey and black licorice. Sweet mouth feel. Fullish body. Alcohol well masked by intense orange rinds and honey.

On tap at Blue Palms. Pours with a hazed golden body and a big and lasting white head. Very nice lace. Aromas are strong with lemon, orange, pepper, yeast, alcohol and banana. Flavors are once again big, with lemon peel, some acidity, boozy, and somehow still somewhat dry (somehow!). Very floral. Light bubbles, with some acidity. A touch on the sticky side.

750ml Bottle 62 of 1200 thanks to my buddy Tevis for picking this up in Montana for me. Pours out hazy straw topped with a fluffy white head. Aroma was nice crisp granny smith apples, spice, belg yeast, and some clove. Taste was much the same as the aroma with the green apple leading the way. A very good balance of fruit and Saison spice.
