Bottle. Pours cloudy gold with bone white head. Nose/taste of fresh mango, pineapple, citrus, malt and pine. Finishes dry slightly bitter with pineapple husks. Medium body. Amazing.

Pitch-perfect Pale Ale, with a monstrous herbal funky-hop insanity that is unmistakably Simcoe. Grainy, thick malt undertone sets a formidable base on which the hops go berzerk, yet the ABV stays at a sobriety-friendly level. Yeah, I was sipping it from a plastic cup, but fuck off. I know good when I taste it. Honorable mention to Hom’s Bistro Burger-- holy lord that was tasty.
