Fresh organic ginger juiced by hand kisses the lithe malty body, copulating with the hop in this pale ale ancestor.

Bottle. Ginger and malt aroma. Golden yellow color with moderate head. Dry ginger and malt flavor - no noticeable sweetness at all. Light body. Maybe a good hair-of -the-dog beer but not much else.

Location: 12 oz bottle from Buy Rite, 11/10/11
Aroma: The nose is fairly light, it has a little spice, ginger, and some malty notes to it
Appearance: Pours a cloudy golden-orange color with a thin white head and light lace
Flavor: The taste is similar to the nose, medium sweet, ginger/spice, and a light bitterness
Palate: The body is light, the feel is clean, with an average carbonation, and a tingly finish
Overall Impression: At first this one seemed like it might be kind of interesting, but it really wasn't that exciting. It does have a nice, clean feel to it, that makes it fairly refreshing. That clean, refreshing feel is the highlight of an overall fairly average beer.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy and some ginger notes. Light bitter flavor. Strong ginger notes but beer is still present! Average light bitter finish. Watery palate. A ginger beer that is drinkable.

355ml bottle, BBE 04/2012. Poured copper color with a creamy, lasting head. Aroma is mostly ginger and some malt. Flavor similar. Quite refreshing, but also boring.

Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and ginger. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. The ginger isn’t overdone, I’m just not a fan of ginger in beer. 310811
