Bottle sample at Artesano, pours a clear rose colour. Aroma brings out dry blueberry skins and light honey. Flavour is quite potent on the dry blueberries and subdued dry honey. Complex and nicely done.

A light purple mead with a nice flowery aroma, honey and blueberries. In mouth, a nice dryish light honey, with blueberry skins, tannins, nice. Tasted a Shelburne Vineyards, April 7 2012.

Bottle shared by Steve. Pours blueberry. Nose/taste of pepto, blueberry, vanilla and honey. Some off bandaid notes in finish. Medium body.
