Keg at the brewpub, 20/07/15. Golden amber topped with a moderate off white swirl. Nose is light pine, mellow citrics, orange pith, mandarin, earthy hop tones. Taste comprises pine, grapefruit, bitter orange, straw, sprucey wood notes. Medium + body, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok DIPA but didn’t really get out of 2nd gear.

Draught. Clean Amber with a solid head. Aroma is orange and apricot. Flavour is fruity, a little chalk, sweet, a little jam. Flavour is even with a little chalk on the end, only gives a hint of the strength.

Draught @ the brewpub, 10%. Pours hazy orangeish amber with small off-white head. Clear aroma of hops and citrus, with notes of malt and fruit and touches of yeast. Bitter, hoppy flavour with intense, sweet kotes of caramel malt and fruit and some citric touches, especially towards the finish. Bitter and slightly citric aftertaste. Medium carbonation and smooth finish. Warming alcohol presence. Pleasant and well-balanced but rather sweet.
