Bottle shared by Steve at tasting at my house. Pours clearish gold. Nose/taste of granny apples, McIntosh apples and light maple. Some sugar from the apples. Mostly dry in the finish. Medium body.

Bottle # 3. Waxed cap, no cork. Filtered, bright gold color. Frothy cap. Bubbly. Smells English. Perfumey, mashed apples. Hay, vanilla, yeast, cream. Tastes of Irony/minerally bittersweet apples. (Salty?) Sharp & leafy apples, becoming dry, on a grainy yeast finish. Earthy. Very minerally. Sulfites aren’t too bad. I like it. Tart & only moderately acidic. Drinks well. Thanks Al. :)
