the U.S on the beer map and kick-started the craft beer revolution. The nose is aromatic and citrusy with hints of ripe grapefruit and pine forest. The taste is well-balanced with a wonderfully complex citrus bitterness.

330 ml bottle from Systembolaget. Clear, golden-amber colour with a few off-white bubbles on top. Fruity aroma with floral and grass hops, hints of sweet fruits, and caramel malts. Taste is light bitter. Medium body, soft carbonation. Finishes bitter and light fruity with hints of citrus and apricot. Fresh and OK, a bit reluctant in terms of taste.

Golden with a white head - hoppy aroma with some citrus in there - good malt to support a very nice hop bittereness that has some citrus in the taste as well - hop bitterness lingers in the finish - this was nice

(Bottle) Golden amber colour with frothy, off-white head, leaving traces of lacing. Malty, hoppy nose with bread, apricots, citrus, toast and fresh grassy hops. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of apricots, grapefruit, bready malt, crisp-bread and a fairly dry finish with a fresh citric bitterness. A slightly metallic touch shining through. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and nice.

Aroma: Earthy, lemony aroma. Freshly cut grass.
Appearance: Slightly hazy golden body with a medium off-white head. Light carbonation. Nice lacing.
Taste: Biscuity, grassy and very bitter. Sharp lemony flavour with light caramel notes.
Palate: Thin to medium body with a slightly oily texture. Gentle carbonation fizz.
Overall: A simple, easy drinking American Pale Ale. Possibly too sharp and bitter.

Bottle, from trade with Cunningham. It pours a clear, golden body and a small, dense, off-white head. The aroma is on the hoppy side, with a touch of almost butterscotchy maltyness. Orange peel, resins and freshly mown grass. The flavor has a nice bitterness, balancing the malty backdrop. Grass, resins and orange peel. Medium to full body, quite dry. Mostly bitter finish. Tastes nice, drinks easily and is also quite quenching. 121124
