One delicate Belgian blonde spend the perfect amount of time in ten different and carefully selected barrels. This is the first beer project done by The Aviary. Teamed with Evil Twin Brewing of Denmark, this beer is a qualified experiment to show how a subtle beer take flavour from the barrels of the best, rarest spirits found anywhere. Bottle @ yespr. Pours a hazy orange color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty woody smoky whisky aroma. Fruity malty woody spicy whisky flavor with weak hints of smoke. Has a fruity malty woody smoky whisky finish.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with sediment floating around under a beige head. The aroma has notes of iodine, peated smoke, and alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of iodine, alcohol, caramel, and iodine, leading to a dry alcoholic finish, where the iodine note lingers.

cloudy yellow with floaties, smooth offwhite head. aroma is totally laphoraig, faint wood. belgian blonde is totally hidden in the strong notes from the laphoraig barrel. flavor is whiskey, smoked peat, malts, belgian blonde.

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is solid tarish and smoked. Iodine. Solid smoked and tarish. Dry malty. Lasting tarish and smoked finish.

Bottle. Pours apricot gold. Nose and taste of smoke, whiskey, ashtray, dried citrus and peat. Smoke is a bit overpowering. Sipper. Medium body.
