One delicate Belgian blonde spend the perfect amount of time in ten different and carefully selected barrels. This is the first beer project done by The Aviary. Teamed with Evil Twin Brewing of Denmark, this beer is a qualified experiment to show how a subtle beer take flavour from the barrels of the best, rarest spirits found anywhere. Bottle @ yespr. Pours a hazy orange color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty woody weak bourbon aroma. Fruity malty woody vanilla spicy flavor. Has a fruity malty woody vanilla bourbon finish.

Bottled. A hazy golden with a beige head. The aroma has notes of brettanomyces, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, alcoholic, wood, brettanomyces, and over ripe fruits, leading to a dry finish.

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Fruity, citrusy and peachy to grapefruity. Smooth fruity, peachy and light grapefruity. Lingering fruity and smooth peachy.

Bottle at Torst. Pours gold. Nose and taste of oak, dried citrus, light bourbon, lemon and yeast. Medium body. Lots of bourbon soaked wood in finish.
