One delicate Belgian blonde spend the perfect amount of time in ten different and carefully selected barrels. This is the first beer project done by The Aviary. Teamed with Evil Twin Brewing of Denmark, this beer is a qualified experiment to show how a subtle beer take flavour from the barrels of the best, rarest spirits found anywhere. Bottle @ yespr. Pours a hazy pale orange color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy weak yeasty woody citrus aroma. Fruity malty spicy yeasty citrus flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty citrus hoppy finish.

Bottled. A unclear amber beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of caramel, alcohol, and rhum? The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, syrup, caramel, lemons, and hops, leading to a dry finish.

bottle at yespr. cloudy yellow, small offwhite head. mild flowery, belgian blonde like aroma, notes of wood and tart notes of wood. boozy notes.

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and overripe. Wineous and phenolic. Smooth fruity, lingering wineous. Bitter, phenolic and wineous finish.

Bottle at Torst. Pours muddy amber. No head. Nose and taste of oak, rum barrel, sweet peach, pineapple and dried fruit. Some alcohol soaked fruit in finish. Medium body. Nice beer.
