.5 L draft. Crystal clear gold color. Roma slightly Skunky longer yeast and mild honey. Flavor is the exact rendition of the aroma in a light body. Nicely crisp and texture.

Bottles, many. Clear golden body with a thick white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of grass, white bread, lemon, papery malts and a slight sulphur note. Flavour of grain, sorrel and earthy hops. This to medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Clean, simple and the clearest beer I’ve ever seen; it’s a really good lager. I’m surprised this doesn’t have a better overall rating.

[50cl bottle from my local Sainsbury’s.] A straw coloured pour with a thin white head; sweet grainy aroma with a whiff of farmyard; chewy grain body with a honeyed sweetness; then a crisp grassy finish. A solid Helles, clean and refreshing.
