Can from Beer Ma via Rakuten. Benchmark Brewing Oatmeal Stout 4.7% Deep inky black with ruby highlights and a thick tan head of foam. The aroma is soft cocoa and toasted oats. Fairly full bodied with a carbonic bite. The taste is dark chocolate, cocoa, oats and roasty caramel. Very solid stout.

Pour is a black with a large tan head. Aroma is a very light roast with some cocoa nib sweetness. Flavor is again a minor roasted malt but then I get a dry roasted coffee. Finish is a little sweetness to offset the roast. Pretty flavorful low alcohol stout.

Can from Bine & Vine. Pours dark brown with a creamy tan head. Aroma of chocolate and dark malt. Near med body. Flavor seems a bit smoky to me. Then there's chocolate and dark malt. Pretty dry. A dark chocolate bitter. Pretty tasty for a session beer. Couldn't find coffee.

Brown color. White head. Slightly acidic oatmeal and roasted malt nose. Thin mouth, not very balanced or impressive. Roasted malt finish. Great training wheel Oatmeal Stout.

Poured up on tap at the brewery where it exhibits a dark coffee to amber colored body that has thin copper edges and supports a tan head of foam. The aroma offers up malts, roasted malts and a dash of black licorice. The taste starts pleasingly chewy and scrumptious with malts, deep roasted malts and nuttiness paired with slivers of chocolate and burnt malts. At times, under the maltiness, I get earthy sort of currant flavor tea like hoppiness going on. This is a pretty solid stout with a nice mouth feel and mix of flavor notes.
