Robert brought a growler of this back from a trip to Denver. +++ This beer poured a cloudy yellow color with a medium sized foamy white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was dryish and bready with moderate coriander. The flavor was dry and a touch tart with notes of lemon, dust, coriander and pepper. Medium length lemon, coriander and pepper finish. Medium body. Decent.

On tap at the brewery. Pours with a hazed yellow body and a small white head with good lace. Aromas are floral, coriander, honey suckle, light esters and phenols. Flavors are surprisingly spicy and phenolic., Vanilla notes, peach, apricot, stone fruit. Light pepper and coriander. Juicy and floral. Lively bubbles. Dry.

Seems more along the lines of an American Wheat - very few of the phenols you expect from a belgian yeast - more of a clean, grainy/wheaty character, a wee bit of tang and some orange and lemon flavors - a bit bitter on the tail end - clean and refreshing, if not entirely to style.
