Pour is a hazy almost wheat beer looking yellow with a large white head. Aroma is all things yeast. Kinda creamy vanilla with sugar to it. Reminds me of the white filling in a oreo. Flavor is a bitter lemon grass with some candi sugar and some pear juice. Finish is a nice citrus bitterness. Pretty good beer. Kinda a cross between a saison and a tripel.

Crisp, pale golden coloured body with a rich, very thick, five centimetre tall pitch white microfoamed head - very nice, all with zillions of fast bubbles rising from the bottom and sides - beautiful. Aroma of pepper, strong yeast, coriander seed, curacao, lemons, light hops and a very small amount of sugars. Medium-bodied; Assertive lemony character up front with a large grassiness, some perfumey hops, a hint of bread with a more refined yeast characteristic, pepper and a good chamomile and coriander seed freshness. Aftertaste shows a little citrus twang, some light alcohol notes, a hint of grassy and herbal notes and some minor sweetness - but all with a good yeast character and some complex finishes. Overall, a very nice and well-rounded beer throughout with a great look, an amazing taste and an even better complexity. I sampled this 75 cL bottle purchased from Made in Oregon in Portland (PDX Terminal D), Oregon on 28-September-2013 for US$10.95 sampled at home in Washington a day after returning from Portland on 09-December-2013.

On draught at Brouwer’s Cafe during Logsdon Brewer’s Night on 09/10/2013: This beer pours a cloudy golden color with a medium thin white head that dissipates slowly to a film. Sticky patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of yeast, citrus and spice. Medium-bodied with flavors of earthy yeast, grapefruit and spices. The finish is tart and fruity with a citrus and yeast aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Capped 750 from Bine & Vine. Pours somewhat dishwater gold with a creamy white head. Light aroma of citrus and yeast/spice. Med body. Flavor is very earthy with unusual fruit ester. Runs from earthy to fruity tart to less than dry finish. Very unusual. And good.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma of strong farmhouse notes, hay, and some Belgian yeast. Flavour brings out loads of farmhouse notes, a little banana, Belgian yeast, and a little hay. Also a bit of sweetness. Wonderful depth and high drinkability. Excellent.
