Bottled. Super big fluffy head. Bright amber pour. Pretty complex for a pale, some yeast and a bit of citrus

Bottle with many thanks to BrewtopiaofPJ. Pours murky orange/cider brown with white head ring. Some lacing. Nose and taste of citrus bread, canned pineapple, caramel and cinnamon cookie, dank resinous hops, earthy malt, light maple sap and small hint of fresh apple. Soft mouth feel - very delicate. Medium body. Very interesting and different than your average pale. I enjoyed this one very much. I’m looking forward to trying the others. Drinkability is extremely high.

Bomber thanks to Dr Post. Pours a clear copper color with a medium white head. A nice fruity nose, some apples and citrus. The flavor comes in as a big pale with rich fruity hops, the Cascade show here, some light biscuit. Very smooth and clean. Good.
