Bottle shared during RBWG 2014 - Asheville. Pours clearish pale yellow with a frothy, white head. The nose holds brett, citrus, dried pale malts. Big sweet flavour with notes of pale wood, ripening citrus fruits, more brett, some poo. Full bodied with fine carbonation. Good balance in the finish, moderately sweet, with further brett funk, melon, tangerine. Good depth. Nice and drinkable.

Bottle - Vintage 2012 - Lots of funk and stone fruit with sweet rum notes. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Funky stone fruit, rum sweetness and a touch of booze. Not bad.

Bottle shared by Aaron at RBWG 2014, thanks! Pours a hazy light yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has flora, light fruits and earthy grains with a hint of rum underlying. Flavor has sweet grains and light fruits with a bit of flora and barrel underlying.

Tap @ Funkwerks. Pours a cloudy yellow appearance with a white head. Lemon, apple, banana, spicy rum, a bit woody, quite fruity aroma. Kind of strong, spicy boozy, banana, spicy yeasty, vanilla, lightly tart flavor. Kind of strange contrast between juicy fruity and boozy barrel notes.
