Bottle at the RBWG 2014 grand tasting, thanks! Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has notes of cookie and sweet grains with light sweet but tart fruits with backing barrel. Flavor has conflicting tart fruits, cookie and a bit of brandy underlying.

2014 RBWG Grand Tasting. 2013 batch #3 Medium yellow body under a white head. Brandy aroma. The flavor is tart and fruity. Does this beer know which direction it was heading in when it started? Sour, barrel aged, ????

Bottle at RBWG Asheville Grand Tasting. Pours hazy gold with a foamy head. Sort of odd, some sugary malts, light tang, hints of toasted sugars, bread, ripe orange. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish, lightly warming, some citric bite. OK.
