A west coast style india pale ale at 6.8% abv and 65 ibu. This is a hop forward IPA that is dry hopped with over 1.5lbs of hops per barrel. The hop aroma is a blend of earthy dank hops and bright citrus hops to give a rounded hop aroma to make you feel like you are putting your nose in a bag of hops. The malt character is crisp and light with a dry finish. We use Centennial, Columbus, and Simcoe Hops in this beer. Recommended pairings – spicy food, lighter meats and seafood

Draft at the brewery taproom during RBWG 2014 - Asheville. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. The nose holds lightly toasted bread, ripe orange. Moderately sweet, with some piney and earthy hops, rindy bitterness. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Light rindy orange in the finish, with dry pine and more toasty bread. OK overall.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear deep gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma has a nice dank pine note with a bit of grapefruit and an earthy grain backbone. Flavor is similar with grapefruit up front but mainly earthy pine notes with an earthy grain backing.
