Draft at the brewery taproom during RBWG 2014 - Asheville. Pours clear, pale yellow with a creamy, white head. The nose holds dry wheat and hints of sweat. Light sweet flavour with notes of mellow lemon meringue, biscuits, wheat and straw. Light bodied with fine carbonation and massaging texture. Sweet finish with more biscuits and wheat, mild citric lemon and a little bitter hay. Nice one.

RBWG14 Trip Rating #91. Draft at the downstairs taproom. Pours a clear pale yellow color with a medium sized frothy white head. Good head retention. Aroma of dry fruit, dry bread and herbaceous notes. The taste is dry fruits and pale bready malts. Medium bodied, dry overall, fairly nice.

Draft at brewpub. Pours cloudy gold with white head. Nose and taste of orange peel, persimmon, banana, clove and wheat malt. Lighter medium body.

Draft - Honey and grass with a bit of spice. Pale gold with a beige head. Grass, honey and a bit of spice and a light clean bitterness.
