Draft from backlog. Pours dark brown with off white head. Nose and taste of caramel, chopped nuts, fig and dark fruit. Lighter medium body.

Tap at South Street Seaport Heartland - 30/05/12. Pours dark brown with a smallish head. Figs, berries, raisens on the nose and sweetish malt. Taste as nose and a little nutty. Medium bodied and carbonation, easy drinking, decent enough but no world beater.

Tap @ Heartland 43rd st. Huge head with excellent duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are caramel, nuts, notes of fruits and hops. Nice and smooth.

On tap at heartland ESB on 21st July 2011. Reddish amber with thin offwhite head and part-lacing. Pungent aroma with some spice and berry fruit. Tangy citrus on the tongue, cinnamon spice, hop and yeastiness in mouth; thick texture, bitter sweet and sour aftertaste.

From tap at the Midtown location. Pours clear and golden deep amber with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty and slight breadish. Dark roasted malt flavoured, subdued sweet, bitter and roasted flavoured.
