Draught @ Pien Shop, Helsinki. Sweet, sticky and syrupy with some burnt coffee, chocolate and hints of marshmallows and maple syrup. Quite heavy and sweet.

473 ml can. Poured black in color. Light off white head. Cold brewed coffee, really strong. Ashy notes, shy maple sweetness. Lovely coffee aroma.

Enjoyed from the comfort of my home in snowy Chicago before watching playoff football. Wow this stuff is great. Very rich with maple but not too syrupy, dark roast / espresso notes, light lactose, not too sweet but definitely sweeter than some other imperial stouts. Nicely done!

Svart i fargen. Brunt skum som faller til en tynn hinne. Lukter røstet malt, kaffe, vanilje, salt lakris og lønnesirup. Myk i munnfølese. Kaffe og lønnesirup I smaken. Sirpsødme sammen med vanilje i ettersmaken.

16 oz. can sent for my comment. Strong nose of maple syrup and straight coffee. More than a Kahlua, my fallback description. A little walnut fudge in the nose as well, I think. Pours a fizzy, coffee brown head that goes away in just a few seconds, leaving behind an inky blackness. I remember once working for a guy who insisted on putting pancake syrup in his coffee. That's what this taste reminds me of. Plenty of coffee with some attendant bitterness. I'd expect a breakfast stout to have some oatmeal in it, but I'm not catching the smoothness that might offer. Nice strong alcohol notes that aren't filtered by any mellow beer. Definitely putting the other can away to see if it smooths out.

33cl Can. Pours pitch black with a small bubbly head. Massive maple, roast and cold coffee. Oily, slick and Smooth. Low carbonation. Roasted sweet and dry finish. Shitload of adjunct.

16oz can pours out thick motor oil black topped with a small tan head. Nose is nice sweet maple syrup big roast coffee wow. Taste is more of the nice sweet maple syrup some chocolate and rich roast coffee.
