We have sourced rare oloroso sherry casks to mature this limited brew. The casks started their life in Spain but were also used to mature some pretty tasty scotch whisky before they came to us. The beer is rich and spicy with lots of nutty caramel sweetness drawn from the wood.

What seems to be a capped, clear, 750 from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours light amber with a slight creamy off-white head. Aroma is light malt with a lot of wine and single malt. Nearly med body. There’s a little heat, some very nice caramel, and lots of sherry notes, and hints of peat. It’ really tasty, and arguably complex. Damn nice ale.

330ml Bottle - Amber in colour. Malt, biscuity mix and a hint of lime in the aroma. Nutty, malty and rather sterile taste with caramel, fudge and raisins detected.
