Named after that dreaded 2 sets of train tracks that run along our brewery, this malty American style DIPA is a tropical fruit bomb with a nice crisp balanced bitterness.

750. Pours a hazy orangish amber with a very dense and thick head. Aromas are fairly subdued... a bit of orange blossom, soap and light citrus. Flavor is a nice and punchy DIPA with lots of resin and citrus and a hint of soap. It balances nicely against a nice malt presence that sits about half way between honey and caramel. Very nice.

Bottle shared at the July MDF tasting. Clear copper, large fizzy tan head, good retention. Aroma of tropical fruits, zest and pithy citrus, caramel malt. The taste is tropical, citrus hops, caramel malt. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, mild lingering bitterness.

750ml bottle courtesy of gregwilsonstl, pours with a nearly clear copper body that supports a light tan head of foam. The aroma offers up sweetened tangelo and clementine flowing into a blend of floral hops and malts. The taste delivers pleasing hoppy layers of citrus juiciness and bitterness with pineapple and mango helping to add more depth. To midway it picks up more bitterness mixed with sweet malts and then some floral hops. This has tasty depth and balance. Pretty solid.

750mL bottle, pours an opaque dark orangey amber with a medium white head. Aroma brings out resinous hops, light tropical fruits, and a little caramel. Flavour brings out shitloads of tropical fruits upfront, followed by citrus zest and a little alcohol burn. Well-balanced, with a big malty profile in addition to the tropical fruity hops. Good stuff.

Plastic growler @ Exira Beer Summit III. Thanks to jcnielsen! Maybe a week old. Pours a hazy dark orange appearance with little to no head. Pungent, somewhat sticky, piney hoppy, orange citrusy, earthy aroma. Kind of chewy earthy, somewhat resiny flavor that’s pretty potent with some booze on the back end. Ok, but it is a bit strong.

750ml bottle poured into a tulip. Pours a lightly cloudy dark orange, almost ruby, with a quarter finger of white head. Aroma of tropical fruits. Mostly pineapple and mango with mango with a little grapefruit and pine. Taste is medium bitter. Very tropical, pineapple and mango with grapefruit. Medium bodied with a lightly sticky texture. Lively carbonation and a long bitter finish. Overall, awesome. I would drink this every day if I could!
