Bona Fide Imperial Stout is a special one off beer in collaboration with Paul Hayden and The Wine and Cheese Place. We aged our Bona Fide Imperial Stout in a Dry Fly Wheat whiskey barrel. A very special project that will likely never repeat. This version of Bona Fide pours midnight black with a smooth velvety mouthfeel. Aromas of whiskey, vanilla, expresso, and dark chocolate take center stage. Drink now or cellar for up to 5 years.

Bottle. Pours black with small beige head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong roast, dark chocolate, wood, whiskey. Medium mouth, roasted malt, bourbon, wood, vanilla, boozy finish, really enjoyed this one.
